What is the SOLIDWORKS SkillForce Program?
Student Interns in the SOLIDWORKS® SkillForce Program get FREE access to 3DEXPERIENCE® SOLIDWORKS Premium or SOLIDWORKS Premium with Cloud Services during their 3- or 6-month internship.
This program enables students to apply verified CAD skills in real-world environments, gaining practical experience with professional tools, at no cost, throughout their work-based learning.
How to qualify for SOLIDWORKS SkillForce
Am I eligible for the program?
To join the SOLIDWORKS SkillForce Program, you must:
- Be a student (18+), currently enrolled in an undergraduate or higher-level program at a recognised college, technical institute, or university.
- Have a confirmed internship offer. Internship details will be verified during the application review.
- Hold a SOLIDWORKS Certification (CSWA or CSWP).

How to get certified
What if I don’t have a SOLIDWORKS CAD Design Certification yet?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
Submit your application, then join the MECAD Student Community. There you’ll find learning materials and steps to earn your CSWA (Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate).
Once certified, reapply to the SOLIDWORKS SkillForce Program.
