Elite subscribers receive up to R 3 000 credit per subscription, each 12-month cycle. To book:

2. We’ll apply one credit per course booked. Multiple Elite Enhanced Subscription credits cannot be combined for a single booking. A confirmation invoice will be sent.

Credits expire 12 months from your licence purchase or renewal date and cannot be carried over.

Elite subscribers get one two-hour private session per subscription year. To schedule:

1. Visit the Ask-An-Expert page and fill out the form. 

2. MECAD will contact you to set up your 2-hour session.

3. You will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and pre-session instructions.

*Remember: Session valid for subscription period and cannot be transferred to next subscription period.

Unused sessions are forfeited after your subscription anniversary. To maximise value, plan early – especially around major projects. Additional sessions may be purchased at your Elite discount rate; fill out the contact us form on the Ask-an-Expert page. 

The myCADtools benefit gives Elite Enhanced Subscription clients access to MECAD’s productivity add-in for CAD. Eligible customers receive myCADtools free for the first year and 50% off the annual renewal thereafter (subject to the subscription terms). The add-in speeds up repetitive modelling tasks, improves file handling and reduces manual rework—helping teams work faster and with fewer errors.

To request myCADtools for your account:

1. Confirm you have an active Elite Enhanced Subscription.

2. Prepare your company name, number of licences and preferred contact details.
