Who is eligible for an Ask a MECAD Expert session?
Any client on the Elite Enhanced Subscription may book. If you’re on Essential, please complete the contact form or call 012 645 4300 to upgrade.
When will I hear back to confirm my session?
Once you submit your request, our team will contact you within seven business days to confirm your booking and provide available time slots.
How do I prepare for my session?
Submit any SOLIDWORKS files, screenshots or specific questions at least three business days before your session. We’ll review your materials in advance to ensure the expert can dive straight into solutions.
Can I cover multiple topics in one session?
No. Each two-hour consultation is focused on a single topic or project to ensure depth and clarity. If you have additional questions, you may purchase extra sessions at your Elite service discount rate – contact our dedicated sales team for details.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend requesting your session at least seven business days before your ideal date. We need up to seven business days to slot you in, but you’re welcome to book even earlier if you have specific time-slot preferences.
What if I need more than two hours?
Additional sessions can be purchased at your Elite service discount rate. Please complete the contact form below and we’ll get back to you.
What happens after my session?
You’ll receive a written summary of all recommendations, any demonstration files and guidance on next steps.
