Terms and Conditions – SOLIDWORKS Term Licence

1.1. License Activation
Upon successful payment, our dedicated Onboarding team will reach out within five working days to assist with the installation process, ensuring a smooth setup and activation of the SOLIDWORKS software. You will not receive the installation files and License Key immediately.

1.2. Subscription Term
This policy governs a fixed term of one year from the date of license activation. After this period, the license will expire automatically.

1.3. License Expiry and Non-Renewal
The SOLIDWORKS Yearly Licence is valid for 12 months and does not auto-renew. When it expires, the software will stop working, and access to updates and support ends. MECAD will send a renewal reminder, but it is the client’s responsibility to renew on time.

1.4. Payment Methods
We accept payments through debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. 

1.5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring their hardware and systems meet the minimum requirements for running SOLIDWORKS. They must also maintain the confidentiality of their license keys and are not permitted to share or reproduce the software outside of the terms agreed upon.

1.6. Amendments
Terms and conditions may be subject to updates or amendments. Clients will be notified of significant changes that may affect their use of the software.

1.7. Non-compliance
If found non-compliant with Dassault Systèmes’ terms and conditions, or if your previous usage is deemed an infringement under the Dassault Systèmes Anti-Piracy and Compliance Program, your purchase will be cancelled, and any initial payment will be refunded.
